The Legacy of the American School for the Deaf
by Dr. Rebecca Edwards
The Center Church in Hartford has a lecture series, The Boyajian Lecture Series, which this last week focused on the origins of American School for the Deaf. I really enjoyed this lecture for its detail around 1815-1818 in the ASD origin story. Loved of course the focus on Laurent's contributions and profound thoughts. Thank you Dr. Edwards.
